With over 30 years of administrative experience, I founded Peridot Business Solutions to provide the kind of experienced, dependable support that professionals can genuinely rely on.
Over the years, my work has increasingly focused on medico-legal professionals, giving me a detailed understanding of the administrative and operational demands that sit behind expert witness work.
I understand that running an expert practice is not simply about producing high-quality reports. It is also about having the right information, processes, documentation and support in place to manage instructions, records, deadlines, appointments, solicitor liaison, invoicing and the many other responsibilities that sit around the expert role.
As my experience has developed, so has the role Peridot provides. I now work with experts at different stages of their practice: helping those who are establishing their foundations, working with established experts whose practices have grown beyond their original systems, and providing ongoing PA and administrative support.
This combination of hands-on experience and practical practice knowledge means I can look beyond the individual task and consider how the different parts of a practice fit together. I also work with a small team of trusted associates who bring additional specialist skills, allowing me to provide broader support while retaining the personal service at the heart of Peridot.
